Larand Marine Products operates from Florida, where we manufacture select components and assemble, inspect, package, and ship marine fuel system products. Maintaining inventory and assembly operations in-house allows us to offer fast turnaround times and responsive customer service.

Refund & Return Policy
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Larand Marine Products.
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error or a product damaged during shipment, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work quickly to replace the item or issue a full refund.
For all other returns, products must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging and resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be required prior to return.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Larand Marine Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the purchase, use, misuse, installation, or inability to use any product sold by Larand Marine Products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, vessel downtime, property damage, towing expenses, or personal injury, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are properly selected, installed, inspected, and maintained for their intended application. Failure to follow installation instructions or the use of products outside their intended purpose may void any applicable warranty.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from the purchase or use of products from Larand Marine Products shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or the purchase or use of our products shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Modification of Terms
Larand Marine Products reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on this website.
Your continued use of this website or purchase of products after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
These Terms apply only to purchases made after the revised version is posted.
