Mercury / Mariner Tank Outlet Fitting – L1283
The L1283 Mercury® / Mariner® Tank Outlet Fitting is designed for portable fuel tanks equipped with a standard 1/4″ female fuel withdrawal fitting. Featuring a two-prong quick-connect design, this OEM-style fitting provides a secure connection between the fuel tank and fuel line assembly for reliable fuel delivery.

Refund & Return Policy
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Larand Marine Products.
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error or a product damaged during shipment, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work quickly to replace the item or issue a full refund.
For all other returns, products must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging and resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be required prior to return.
Limited Warranty
Larand Marine Products warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
If a product is determined by Larand Marine Products to be defective due to materials or workmanship during the warranty period, Larand Marine Products will, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the product.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover failures resulting from:
- Improper installation
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Modification or alteration of the product
- Use with incompatible fuels or equipment
- Normal wear and tear
- Exposure to chemicals, solvents, or environmental conditions beyond intended use
- Damage caused by accidents, impact, fire, flooding, or other external causes

Because installation methods, operating conditions, and equipment configurations are beyond our control, Larand Marine Products shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to vessel damage, engine damage, towing expenses, loss of use, or lost profits.

Why Larand?
In the last 5, 10 or 20 years, most other marine manufacturers moved their production over to Asia to save money on parts and labor. These manufacturers started using cheaper hoses. cheaper primer bulbs and bargain fittings.
The end result of these cost saving measures is that If you purchase marine fuel line assemblies from these low cost manufacturers you will instantly notice their hard plastic feel and cheap vinyl hoses. With cheaper fittings and hoses, these assemblies have a tendency to leak. If you put these cheaply made fuel line assemblies in a freezer overnight they will freeze solid and not work in the morning.
The US NAVY, NAVY Seals and Department of Forestry all use Larand because of our high quality and dependability.
The Navy Seals recently tested the fuel line assemblies of 10 different manufacturers and decided to use Larand Marine Products as its manufacturer of custom made fuel line assemblies.
