Larand Marine Products operates from Florida, where we stock, assemble, inspect, package, and ship marine fuel system components and assemblies. Because inventory is maintained in-house, most orders ship within one business day.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of every product we manufacture.

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error or a product damaged during shipment, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will promptly replace the item or issue a full refund.

Because many of our products are application-specific, customers are responsible for verifying fitment and compatibility before ordering. If you are unsure which product is right for your application, our team is happy to assist prior to purchase.

Returns for customer ordering errors may be accepted at our discretion and are subject to:

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Return authorization must be obtained prior to return
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• A 20% restocking fee may apply

Product Warranty

Limited Warranty

Larand Marine Products warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

If a product is determined by Larand Marine Products to be defective due to materials or workmanship during the warranty period, Larand Marine Products will, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the product.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover failures resulting from:

• Improper installation
• Misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Modification or alteration of the product
• Use with incompatible fuels or equipment
• Normal wear and tear
• Exposure to chemicals, solvents, or environmental conditions beyond intended use
• Damage caused by accidents, impact, fire, flooding, or other external causes

Disclaimer

Because installation methods, operating conditions, and equipment configurations are beyond our control, Larand Marine Products shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to vessel damage, engine damage, towing expenses, loss of use, or lost profits.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, contact Larand Marine Products with:

• Proof of purchase
• Product information
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the product, if requested

Products may be required to be returned for inspection before a warranty determination is made.
