Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Larand Marine Products.
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error or a product damaged during shipment, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work quickly to replace the item or issue a full refund.
For all other returns, products must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging and resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be required prior to return.
Customer Ordering Errors
Because many marine fuel system components are application-specific, customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before placing an order.
Returns resulting from customer ordering errors may be accepted at Larand Marine Products’ discretion and may be subject to:
- Original shipping charges being non-refundable
- Return shipping costs paid by the customer
- A 20% restocking fee
If you are unsure which product is correct for your application, please contact us before ordering. Our team is happy to assist.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-built fuel line assemblies
- Custom-length hose assemblies
- Special-order products
- Installed, used, damaged, or modified products
- Products returned without authorization when required
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
